 Traveling to Japan

I am traveling to Japan for business and this is my first time traveling internationally and I need to know what I should bring with me as far as adapter's for my laptop and anything else I should bring with me.

You might need an adaptor to change the plug from 3 pins to two pins, mayy Japanese outlets do not have a ground.

In the morthern part of Japan, the frequency is different, it is 50 HZ instead of 60 HZ.

Voltage is very close at 100V, many items will work without a transformer.

Thanks for the reply 3SGTE I'm currently in Tayoma and everything is working great. This is a very fun place just a little hard to get around without know Japanese =p but the people are very friendly and everyone respects one another.
