How dispatch can deal with it

When a customer calls into this number, the person should calmly but firmly tell them this is an internal number and they need to contact normal support channels ... "hold on while I transfer you" ... and send them into the same queue as everyone else calling in.

But that is NOT their job. They are there for tech's, NOT Customers.

Get real people. I agree, whomever sent comsumerist those numbers is gonna hear about it.
