The article also says that AT&T will soon announce build plans for the Southeast (the former BellSouth territory)which will take it to MORE than 19 million homes by end of next year.
I see this as AT&T gaining more confidence in the U-verse service...and spending more as a result. |

An employee friend of mine got u-verse this past week in SoCal.
Took 2 days and about 15 hours to set it up, with 4 techs and a manager, and many a call to tier 2 support...
End result, has been losing sync on his 2wire modem, can't unlock parental controls, all 5 of his set top boxes go black when a show is recording, setting up recordings online isn't working, and on and on.
A real winner...
