Would be very hard to do, since the Cable Co's use QoS from the cable modem they install over THEIR network. So if Time Warner wanted to buy a customer from Vonage who used Comcast, they couldn't control the priority of traffic across the Comcast network. -- Oh I'm so creative and all my programs are so easy to use ...
