You will be a brief boost when you start uploading to someone, but it doesn't last long.
Depending on how often your torrent client stops and startup uploads though you can exceed your normal upload speeds though since each time it goes to upload you'll get the boost. negative. it for sure works on ftp as well. and im guessing any normal tcp based connection. |
