While not necessarily an "OMFG" improvement, in their defense, this is probably geared more for people that are doing picture uploads, not archive or media (CD rips) uploads. For example, I could upload fifty 100KB JPEGs before hitting that 5MB back-off. Most people aren't uploading that many pictures at once. And, even if they are, the files uploaded might be significantly smaller. -- Everyday, thousands of new cars are delivered to their new owners with poorly-selected radio station presets. |

And if you aren't a big movie downloader or P2P user, these speeds are a nice bonus with no additional cost. Here was the latest 2 tests I did:
