Or to your house? No doubt DOCSIS will provide a great improvement, but aren't the houses per node way too high to seriously compete with FTTH?

Here		 They'll have to do a lot of node splits I imagine to rol out DOCSIS 3.0

So the plan is to give people these speeds so they can hit their "Bandwidth Hog" Cap in 1 day and then get banned from the service for life?
