Comcast only knows one thing and that is to raise your rates and not deliver anything for the rate hike. Their infrastucture is old and in disrepair in my locale and they have no intention in the near future to revitalize it because they have a lock on the franchise. In order to utiize this new technology,Comcast and the other ISP's will have to provide consistent, reliable service which in my case has been a mere pipe dream. the Internet service providers are infected with unethical business practices, inept technical support, lack of responsibility, lack of real customer service by rude and careless staff. |
