Guarantee you won't always see 12Mb+ then: try 4Mbps [or lower?]. Also, the LVCM test sitejust showed me 17Mb at 1:30 AM but 2Wire comes in at 12.  Assume this variance has to do with the packet size that Cox pushes for their tests (small). I believe Permaboost (Perma frost) is optimized for larger packets. :uhh:]]></description>
