Verizon is not permitted into the development, of 1,600 homes. This was arranged by the developer, not the HOA. No choices whatsoever, even while Verizon is deploying FiOS to the rest of the county.
These exclusive agreements are nothing but kickback money to the developers and leave the consumer/homeowner with little or no choice. |
