ya i have perma boost as well as several of my friends do and i think this is the main reason of the massive slowdowns during peak hours ,where as before you only had a slight slow down during peak hours |

If its not, you're not supposed to see any boost.

Can you post some speed test results show a "permaboost"? Curious to see if it acutally stay constant, as opposed to bursting at first then leveling off. |
