Re: Fools With Money I guarantee you that this is part of their HOA agreement. They pay for the service through their dues. If they didn't pay attention to the CC & R that is their own problem, and I'm sure they could get satellite if they wanted. It just means that they would pay for that on top. As far as Verizon and Comcast are concerned I'm sure they didn't run any facilities to the development once it learned of the agreement. Why bother making the investment. |
