ya i have perma boost as well as several of my friends do and i think this is the main reason of the massive slowdowns during peak hours ,where as before you only had a slight slow down during peak hours
If that's the case then its a gigantic malfunction, its supposed to only "boost" if the bandwidth is there. If its not, you're not supposed to see any boost. -- "Don't steal. The government hates competition."
