Bah. Emotional rhetoric for a sound bite nation.

The surveilance infra will be used to spy on citizens, in corporate competition, for financial markets manipulation, and in party politics. It's too easy, too untraceable, and too enticing an advantage. Human history, human nature. The terrorist excuse is so worn thin. Mil h ardware and field service vendors are in love with terrorism.
