illegal online OEM stores

I have reported illegal OEM online store to Microsoft and 2 month later site Is still up (»radio-oem.com/) looks like Microsoft only cares when someone Is sharing MS software for free,but If you sell illegal software Microsoft does not care

That site seems to be based in China, and you know how well Gates has fared at making the Chinese pay for their software.
