| [southwest] [Long Beach] Nightly Outages
Anybody else having outages that last from 10 minutes to 2.5 hours the past few nights in Long Beach (Who are fed off the office located at Carson and Bellflower)?
This has been nuts. When I had the slow DSL... Not one outage... Now I'm getting them nightly. >.
(The times of the outage are usually at midnight or a little later. Such as last nights being at 2:50 to 4:50AM)
Oh yes, and I call them and the say: "We don't know why it's down. Must be maintaince. Don't worry about it since it came back up." |

| LB FIOS user here. FIOS went down on Friday night and it still hasn't come back up. Went on vacation on Saturday so I didn't really care and thought it would be resolved by today.
Time to call support for the first time since I got FIOS.
I hope this is just a temporary issue and not the start of a trend. |

That's weird that your FIOS is still out. It's been going offline between midnight and 5AM for a week+ now...
However, when I called them today, they informed me that they're doing maintaince during those hours since they will affect less customers. (Which sucks for us night owls) |
