Don't forget the ads that lead make the main attraction 15 minutes less. And the ad-placement in the movie (though I don't see the discount on the ticket). Or the crappy food (and high prices). Or that someone has actually lit a cigarette (yeah, they do this). Wow, I just heard a beer bottle clink under the seats... And lastly, those that think it is ok to bring an infant to a theater (Get a freakin sitter or stay the eff home)! (Which I blame the management for not enforcing theater policy). ...
Oh, if I "have" to see a movie, a group of us get lit (wee bit drunk) and hobble over to the theater (next to the bar-restaurant...so no driving) and watch the last evening showing. Barely 20 people in the place, and we have a great time. Restaurant (UNO) honor movie tickets for discounted meals... And still cheaper than Comcastic's plan. |
