I've watched at least over 300 titles so far, OnDemand, and I've had ONE issue - and it was very small. So, since one user says that's the way it is, it's a good point??
Sounds like one user needs to call their cable company and tell them the problem in order to get it fixed rather than to tell us. 
The overwhelming majority of OnDemand users don't have problems.

They come out measure my signal strength, say "it's fine" get in their truck and leave.   |

Every other video on demand doesnt play. I order PPV, need to get refunds since "video not availble at this time". On demand is a joke. |
