here's what's happening with this...

Like JonesHenry, I posed the question: What has actually been done with this?

I live in Harrisonburg, and have written about this topic for the past few months on hburgnews.com and have talked to people closely involved with the project (members of city council, current and former World Airwaves partners, etc)

Like vli1 said, there is no tax money (state, federal, or local) paying for this project. But the more I find out about it, the more I doubt it will ever happen. No one is reporting the facts here, they just keep quoting people who say "Harrisonburg will be first!" over and over again.
