And it's funny how the people that do get throttled, 97% of the time, they are doing something illegal. Uploading Warez etc etc etc. So why all the complaining? 1) reset the modem

2) bypass the router (stop being stubborn)

3) call in, might be a signal issue

4) make sure you dont have p2p or spyware running in the background of your pc

5) replace modem

i'd pay for business ool but it cost more than double with static ips and the speed is the same as regular boost with the same speed problems.
