All business is really that you can have a tech at your home within 2-4 hours. That's all really.<br><br>And again, Optimum Online does not cap, they Throttle. There's a difference. Now if you guys want to be stubborn and not know what the differences are, hey that's your problem.<br><br>And it's funny how the people that do get throttled, 97% of the time, they are doing something illegal. Uploading Warez etc etc etc. So why all the complaining? And the trained by monkeys comment, how uncivilized are you really? Typical talk from low class people.  =) . I'm happy. For you guys not reaching those speeds<br><br>1) reset the modem<br><br>2) bypass the router (stop being stubborn)<br><br>3) call in, might be a signal issue<br><br>4) make sure you dont have p2p or spyware running in the background of your pc<br><br>5) replace modem<br><br>now if your throttled, tuff cookies. If you were uploading warez  then you deserved it (which no one will ever admit to)]]></description>
