Gees People If you wanna be stupid and piss and moan about VOIP because it didn't save your kid or dog or fish... ITS VOIP... ITS VIA BROADBAND.. You are at the mercy of any number of variables. If you don't understand VOIP weakness in an uncontrolled and ever changing (Internet) environment then YOU NEED POTS... PERIOD! But please lay off the you failed they failed bit I am so freaking tired of hearing it!!
