actually they can't return to LA Supreme Court on this issue. the incumbents had 14 days to appeal the decision and chose not to. as far as the Court is concerned, the bond matter is closed. they can return to District Court and pursue a different issue exclusive of the bonding mechanism and it's interpretation. their other choice would be to pursue the matter up the ladder in Federal Court. in that case, the anonymity of Ms Naquin will end. at some point she will have to appear at which point the public may have an insight as to who is involved. As AT&T has assumed BellSouth, I doubt the folks in Bedminister will pursue this. my opinion.
