Why no Annex M ?

Seriously, why no Annex M support ? Guess they really don't want people to upload at 3.5Mbps.. bastards.

Who says they aren't using Annex M? They could be using a special ADSL2+ speed profile, ATM limiter or traffic shaper to reduce the upload speed.
