The prices you listed are "worst case scenario" base prices without qualifying phone service or contract, but appear to be correct.

The price for life deal is still on. They first started advertising it in August; the prices have been the same since. The $13/$15 off deal was part of that. It's unlikely to soon change significantly. |

Yep- sign for a 2 year contract, and you keep the promo price for "life". Without reading the contract details, I imagine you'd have to keep your POTS line too.
For VDSL the 256k is symmetrical, the 1.5 and 3M aren't; they're both 1M upstream. |
