I've been watching Bravo - comes and goes every few minutes.

Jeep, have not seen any problems this evening. I was watching Cartoon Network with no problems. Have not surfed around. There might have been problems earlier.

The video problems are supposed to start on Friday nights, and last through the weekend. Right????

I actually only saw it on Bravo (ya know, the darn "Workout" reunion..lol) - and it did happen again - but then i changed to another channel at 9pm - and never saw it. So maybe it was just a Bravo issue.
Can you believe Sci-Fi Channel had "The Day After" on last night?? I was only 10 when that first came out! Crazy.

you got your wish. I'm seeing MAJOR breakup and pixellation again for the past 30 minutes while watching Food Network.
EVERY GOD DAMN WEEKEND this happens. I love FIOS TV - it's the best picture i've ever seen - but this is SO REDICULOUS!
The one time during the week I sit down for an hour or so to enjoy TV - and breakup, sound going out - pixels, you name it. It was fine earlier this AM..but now..bammm...
There is obviously something going on out of Philly that this happens so frequently.
Anyone else in PA / DE seeing this yet again this afternoon?

Actually, haven't watched TV this afternoon, so I don't know. Although I think you're right. This seems to happen on the weekends - particularly in the afternoon. Maybe due to volume? |

So it's ESPNU - Food Network - etc. etc. etc.
For $200 a month I pay you - can I just watch TV from time to time?
So this has now been going on now for over 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. |

From surfing the channels I see almost everything is breaking up at some point. Small audio dropouts, to total blocking, to even the screen going blank for a few seconds at a time.
You can certainly tell it's True QAM! because analog never did this.
It is so regular and predictable that Verizon could call this an added feature, not a problem. I know the managers at the local garage have a training setup that they watch during the week, and they see the problems happening right there. They know there are problems, but they keep sending techs out on service calls for it. The whole flippin' company sees it happening, Gustavo sees a pattern here right?? But can he do anything about it?? No! All the email, tech chats, and phone calls you make aren't going to fix this.
Verizon has built the Fios monster, that it is quite obvious that they can't control. I am seriously waiting for a total system crash and lengthy outage to happen.

Unfortunately, KA is telling the truth. It almost seems like every weekend there is an issue with the TV.
The sad point, FIOS Tv really IS the best product out there. The pic quality is unbelievable. I love all of the selection, the HD Channels....
But every weekend, the Philly headend sends us SHIT. Fix the DAMN PROBLEM ALREADY! Seriously, i'm so damn tired of bitching on this board - so Comcast doesn't have the channel selection and HD offerings, but at least their picture doesn't pixellate every WEEKEND!
I really don't even care how PC I am in these threads. I'm just here to tell the truth.
I seriously may have to consider once again switching television providers.
It's like the only time i have to relax, I go to watch TV - and there are issues.
Wait, can anyone tell i'm frustrated?
