Is this just for the Houston market? Houston is not really in central Texas but more properly the Gulf Coast.

..		 G.M. Robbin, most houston & ALL surrounding counties where TW is, but i didn't know if Time warners cover also goes into central Tx also,,,jazzy

Leander, TX		 Time Warner is in the cenral Texas area but according to the article this deal is about the Houston market.
