Council Bluffs, IA | I like Cox's customer service also. Here in Omaha, its almost guaranteed I'll get someone from the call center here in town. That is MUCH better then just hoping I get someone in the USA. Plus, it makes explaining problems easier and whatnot. |

kudos:2 | Ditto. I lived in Omaha 3+ years and had two "outages" the whole time. One required me to reboot my modem, and the other was an actual problem that lasted for a few hours in my neighborhood. The few times that I called customer service, the call was answered in a timely fashion and the tech had info about outages and scheduled upgrades. By far the best service that I've had from any telecom provider. |

Same - i hope i dont eat these words later, but Cox has been a step above Comcast service in Albuquerque, and also from what I have witnessed from Comcast in Marana AZ.
