One required me to reboot my modem, and the other was an actual problem that lasted for a few hours in my neighborhood. The few times that I called customer service, the call was answered in a timely fashion and the tech had info about outages and scheduled upgrades. By far the best service that I've had from any telecom provider. | |

| Same - i hope i dont eat these words later, but Cox has been a step above Comcast service in Albuquerque, and also from what I have witnessed from Comcast in Marana AZ.
