they arent bad.

...but I wish they were more responsive to customer suggestions. I also wish their channel offerings in different markets were more homogenous. the west coast get a lot better channels than here in the midwest. I told cox I wanted CCTV4 and CTI but I think it fell on deaf ears.

You can get CCTV and other foreign language stations for free with about $200 to $300 bucks worth of equipment.
