i have been happy

I have had them for about a year with no complaints. their customer service is ver knowledgeable and helpful. I told them what i tested and the method and they didn't make me repeat it. This helped solve the one problem i had within 10 minutes. The only reason i would leave is if fios came into town and that isn't going to happen. There is uverse soon but cox is too good to me. But increase the upload please.
