Business prices are generally where they'd like to have prices and residential rates are cheaper, well, for several reasons - one being that most people couldn't afford OR WOULD afford the product. However, business is benefiting off the product and "typically" uses more of the service than residential. <br><br>Dial tone is dial tone, yet it's must more expensive for business as well and until recently used to be a measured rate service on top of the higher monthly dial tone charge.<br><br>SLA, when it comes to business, has never been automatically included just because it's a "business" account.<br><SMALL>--<br>"Complaining is the least path of resistance for the self-reitchous and lazy..."</SMALL>]]></description>
