Re: my only complaint I wasn't trying to bust your chops. I wanted to point out that it is a business rate vs residential. I would call back about the SLA if I were you and still interested. That is about the only thing that differintates the two things. I wonder if someone told you the wrong thing?

I would have been interested in that speed package for $150 a month, but I simply can't afford almost $300 for internet. I'll probably call back just to see if she was wrong about the SLA...
