People still hosting it themselves and just finding each other via VideoBay? If so the MPAA racketeers will simply go after them. If it's hosted by VideoBay how will they pay for all that traffic.

They are making money hand over fist with the amount of traffic they get , those ads they have generate big bucks for them.
