wonko3fc : So I have the L (large up to 4Mbp/s) speed service that I pay £25pcm for.

Recent weeks like everyone else, I noticed that the performance had dropped significantly. Down to 1.5-1.9Mb/s which is the M (medium up to 2Mb/s) valued at £18pcm

So I called up the Indian call centre on 0845 454 1111 They checked my account etc and advised that I was connected to the wrong server.

As I write this, the cable service is currently disconnected as they are changing the server over (takes an hour or so apparently).

So if you feel your service is not as it should be, give them a call and tell them!

Meantime, I'll be contacting the accounts section for a refund. I'll let you know how I get on.
