They use 20-25 WAP's pers Sq. Mile. When WiMax adapaters are more common and such, 1 WAP per Sq. mile is needed for WiMax and the system will support WiMax when out. They use utilitiy poles owned by state/county/city like light poles, tornado sirens and DTE Enegery Poles. They have issues if your area has underground utilities and will take more time. They are tring to get businesses to donate roof top space for WAPs to get these areas. I forgot if they said homes too.
