| so its the techs fault that he he touched your computer to get you hooked up to the internet?? if it was sucha big deal maybe you should have been there for the inital install. As far as getting the other jacks in your home working with the optimum voice service all you have to do is run a telephone line from the back of the modem to the nearest telephone jack then all the jacks in your apartment will have optimum voice, as long as they were all on one number prior to the ov install. |
