Regular intermittent issues with our full T1 for years. As long as the line tests clean when you open the trouble ticket, they don't want to hear about it. They certainly do not push Bellsouth/ATT and support the customer. Line drops for seconds usually, sometimes a minute or two but rarely enough to break the SLA. Yet often enough to cause weekly frustrations. My opinion would be to avoid them in all Bellsouth/ATT service areas, I know I will not be renewing. |
