You're right about the time zone thing. I just posted a result in dev/null and when I refreshed, it was back to GMT.
I know I'm not in the same area as you guys, but I should be home most of today and I'll try to run tests every few hours to see if it fluctuates. |

astoria is fine, around here in queens near FLUSHING is where the problem is at. atm im getting 4/.5 when i subscribed for 12/7.. ITS NOT EVEN PEEK HOURS OR CLOSE TO IT. |
