I get up to 6925/493 the highest. Speeds are higher in the boroughs for standard service. Strange. I have 10M/512k and I can max out any time (tested with my NSP) and this is the standard tier, for $45/mo, in Brooklyn.
Friend of mine has 12M/768k premium-tier RR in LI and generally speaking has no problems (sans opccasionally changing IP).
