 Horrible pixelation?

The reason I am going to switch to FiOS is because my comcast digital cable has horrible pixelation.. I don't need FiOS to have it too. What's up with that?

It was an area-wide issue caused by faulty hardware that has since been replaced; the problem affected users being served out of Philadelphia. See »DE Pixellation (AGAIN!!!) for more information.

There have been other problems stemming from the resolution of that initial problem, though.
