Yeah, got that letter in the mail. It says that if you call a technician to come and pick up your boxes it's around $80. It appears that they've started drop boxes for people to go by their office and return the equipment, which is free.
Cox has a similar setup here; charge if the tech comes out to give you the equipment or to return it, free if you pick it up/return it yourself. |
