[AZ] cox webmail question

My client is experiencing a weird occurance using Cox Webmail. He can receive and view email on his home PC but doesn't see all of them in the webmail inbox on his new PC at work. Both are running Widows XP. Has anyone experienced something like this? What would cause it? Thanks

Check Cox's Spam Filter. Also, You need to make sure that he is leaving the email messages on the server in his email program.

is he logging in to the webmail website at both locations, or outlook / oe at one?

when he goes back to his home pc can he still see emails in his inbox? or are they gone as well? you might call cox, if there is a problem with the actually email they may need to delete if off there system and then readd it, you also might ask if they are moving his account to another mail service.

Are you sure he is using webmail at home? What you describe is usually when a person is using an email client like OE. OE downloads the emails from the Cox server to the home computer. Then, when the person uses webmail, he asks, "what happened to my email?"

Is he using different browsers? Also, If he is accessing the same webmail account new emails won't be highlighted as new because they have already been read by the account. Also, could he have filters setup to sort mail into different folders that takes effect at logout?

I asked him again and he only uses Cox Webmail. He doesn't use OE or any other email app at all. He looked at email at home on webmail and they weren't in his inbox when he logged back in at work. Thanks
