The first thing I would do is to change all the cables running between the drives and the raid card.

The next would be to change the ram module on the raid card, if it has a removeable one. Otherwise, it would be to change the raid card.

Based on your post, the drives seem to be okay. You need to determine if the data is being corrupted on the way to the cache, or after being put in the cache.

Are you using ECC ram in the server? Is the ram on the raid card ECC?

Both the server and the RAID card use ECC memory. The server ram has been tested for 24 hours with memtest86. The RAID card has no errors/alarms beyond the one I mentioned above and passes all internal tests.

Changing the cables is a good idea, although that may take a while since the server is in a data center.
