2 MBPS UPLOAD FOR BROADBAND CLASSIFICATION

This is the 21st century, and a T1 (1.5 Mbps up/down) should be the minimum requirement for broadband classification. The Internet has long past being just another TV set/pipe to shove information at people. It is a two-way/multi medium for communication. 128 Kbps/256 Kbps is fine for texting/IMing but we now are sending YouTube videos back and forth to each other. Uploading video content with a 256 Mbps speed is a dog.
