Canada at 7 Mbps ha, ha who dreampt this up?

Stated and actual download rates are two different things. Whomever did this poll is oblivious to this. You can quote me on this the average download speed in Canada for broadband is about 2.7 megabits per second. This is only because rogers internet just raised their speeds.

Hey, will the Canadians please stop saying this isn't true? What, you think you know better than the CWA just because you live in Canada and have broadband? Give me a break. We don't want any inconvenient facts like that silly speedtest.net site that show the US is actually doing pretty good. It is more fun to make things up that show the US in a bad light- so c'mon, Canadians, play along.
