As a Comcast tech I know that it is possible to give the customer great service. Get a supervisor involved.. If that doest work call 800comcast and ask for the customer complaint number in Philly. Comcast has over 55 million customers most of them extremely satisfied. Trust me everyone is jumping on the FIOS bandwagon but what people dont realize is that to get the fiber from the curb to the house it will cost you between 800-3000 dollars out of the customers pocket depending on the distance.
