If that doest work call 800comcast and ask for the customer complaint number in Philly. Comcast has over 55 million customers most of them extremely satisfied. Trust me everyone is jumping on the FIOS bandwagon but what people dont realize is that to get the fiber from the curb to the house it will cost you between 800-3000 dollars out of the customers pocket depending on the distance. Anyway, comcast is going to double its spend sometime this year with no price increase. Ooh, yes, I will try everything I have at my disposal, escalating it if need be. But I'll give an update when I find something out today.
I also know that it costs to go to fiber, but for those unhappy with their current services, the cost is cheap.
As for spending with Comcast, do you have any goodies about speed upgrades in my neck of the woods or price changes? |
