Re: Follow the money Some did. When I had Prodigy dial up in the 90's they had an 'overseas' filter that blocked all mail originating from overseas servers. With it I received virtually no spam. It was part of a comprehensive anti-spam system they called Spamshield. It included this plus tons of filtering and blacklist subscription options.
