Well... I use KAV, Sybot S&D, BOClean, and Windows Defender.

One I can reccomend is SuperAntispyware and I've been hearing good things about RogueRemover and Spyware Terminator..

I also have AVG Antispyware (formally ewido) and/or SuperAntiSpyware for on demand scanning. Unfortunately, no program is 100 percent effective. For that reason, you might want to use a limited account for surfing the web or use dropmyrights as DavidR on the avast forum recommends.
