Must agree that I do not recall either...of ever seeing any anti malware program that offers a 100% guarantee.....an if one actually did I would I sure as heck would know its not telling the truth. Its just not possible for any anti malware program to give such a guarantee.
Without going into details of my set-up....I have found that using a virtual computer offers a layer of protection because upon re-booting the computer returns to its orginal clean state. But virtual computers are not for everyone...sure they are easy enough to use.....but I certainly do not run in virtual mode all the time....an yet, considering how corrupt the internet has become as well as how malware vendors tactics are forever changing....I would not seriously question if the time will come when we are forced to use virual computers.
